CenturyLink Service vs. SPC

As a person who works as a Quality Engineer, and understands Statistical Process Control, I have to say that the following trend chart would tell me that there is a problem with my DSL line. But according to their Tech Support, there is nothing wrong. I was told to “change the phone line” as they are known to go bad. I have now wasted over an hour on the telephone speaking with people reading from their scripts. A technician came to the house and left a card on the door telling me to unplug my Dish Network receiver from the phone line. Well, it is connected to my ethernet router, and always has been. I am getting frustrated beyond belief that this is not getting resolved, and I am going to start getting very vocal about it.

You worked fine for 3 years, and I haven’t changed anything. Find and fix the damned issue!!
